The Game Awards
About the Project
The Game Awards is one of the most prestigious events in the gaming industry. For this project, I collaborated with PewPew — the production company — to develop the 3D stage design that would be built inside their studio.
The main challenge was maximizing the use of available space. Through extensive 3D prototyping, we were able to test multiple layouts and configurations before committing to physical production. This approach saved significant time and money — we could determine exactly what materials were needed and whether PewPew’s existing infrastructure could fit the space.
Working in close collaboration with PewPew, I led the 3D design process while they handled the physical production. The client — The Game Awards — received a complete visual prototype that allowed them to approve the design with confidence.
3D Stage Design
Using 3D visualization, I created detailed mockups of the stage inside PewPew’s studio. This allowed us to iterate quickly, test different configurations, and ensure every element fit perfectly within the physical constraints. The 3D process was essential for planning — from material requirements to spatial optimization.
What I Did
- 3D stage design and visualization (mockups inside PewPew’s studio)
