Overview

Worked as Multimedia Designer at Devoteam, a multinational technology consulting company with operations worldwide. The role involved covering a colleague’s maternity leave, spanning 8 months from January to September 2025.

What I Did

• Video Editing — Edited and produced video content in multiple languages including English, Spanish, Portuguese, Serbian, Swedish, and Danish
• Motion Graphics — Created animated sequences, lower thirds, transitions, and branded motion content for internal and external communications
• Event Coverage — Participated in the production of 2 major Devoteam events, handling real-time editing and post-production
• Template Development — Built reusable After Effects and Premiere Pro templates for consistent brand output across regions

Scope

The position required working across multiple Devoteam offices and markets, adapting content for different cultures and languages while maintaining brand consistency. This included localized versions of corporate videos, event recaps, and promotional material for each region.

Event Production

Contributed to the planning and execution of 2 large-scale Devoteam events, managing video capture, editing, and delivery under tight deadlines.
